The letters (or word) FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Question is usually a list of common questions people have asked about a specific product or service. FAQ on the website is an organized collection of valuable information for customers to ask about the  products and services. My website (B2C) is about selling a tourist package focused on learning and knowing the production process of spirits such as Gin and Whiskey in the United Kingdom for this reason in my business the opinion of the client is very important.

In my opinion, Microsoft has one of the best FAQ pages. It features a simple and easy-to-explore accordion design that makes the page very user-friendly.

As mentioned earlier SDLC is the process of planning, creating, testing and deploying. This life cycle is often a waterfall model as it cascades from feasibility study, systems analysis, design, implementation, testing, and finally installation and maintenance. While there are countless advantages of having this structure for a design project
